and operate at our optimal level.
Throughout this workshop we will explore how developing the skills of emotional intelligence help build the foundation for peak performance. Each attendee will leave with a set of tools to help navigate their own emotional landscape, a more comprehensive understanding of the wider impact of emotional intelligence and a solid foundation in which to elevate their level of performance in all areas of life.

About the facilitator:
Tom is a Holistic practitioner who believes in the human potential for transformational growth. He supplemented his MSc Counselling & Psychotherapy with a Performance Coaching diploma, alongside studying cognitive and affective neuroscience to bring a scientific foundation to all of his work.
Tom is a corporate consultant; working with financial institutions, insurance brokers and marketing agencies in London. He delivers webinars to financial traders on psychology, neuroscience and the social sciences. As well as seeing clients in a psychotherapeutic and coaching capacity.
