Schedule Sessions & Additional Resources

On this page, you can book one-to-one consultations with Tom. These private sessions are completely optional and give you space to reflect on the training, explore how the tools apply in your role, or talk through anything that feels important to you. They are available at any point during the programme if you feel they would be useful.

Additional Resources

Alongside the one-to-one sessions, you’ll find resources designed to help you build confidence, awareness, and practical tools as part of the programme.

More resources will be added to this library as our sessions progress, so it will grow into a useful toolkit you can return to.

  • Deeper Reflection for the Cycle's

The Cycles of Overwhelm and Resilience are two contrasting patterns that show how we respond to stress.

The Stagnation Cycle highlights how stress can trap us in unhelpful loops of physical tension, emotional reactivity, and short-term coping tricks that stop us from moving forward.

The Progress Cycle shows a healthier alternative: noticing body signals early, pausing with curiosity, applying self-regulation tools, and embedding the learning so resilience grows over time.

This handout includes reflective questions you can use on your own, with a colleague, or in a group to bring these cycles to life.

  • Understanding the Drama Triangle (and the Winner’s Triangle)

The Drama Triangle is a simple but powerful model that shows how we can get pulled into unhelpful roles in our relationships and conversations; such as rescuer, victim, or persecutor. We often slip into these roles without realising it, especially in stressful or emotional situations.

We’ll explore the Winner’s Triangle more deeply together on Day 2, so becoming familiar with these ideas now will give you a head start.

  • Signposting Helpline Resource

As Peer Champions, you don’t need to have all the answers, and you’re not expected to “fix” anyone. Sometimes the most supportive thing you can do is to listen and then signpost someone to the right kind of help.

This resource brings together a list of trusted helplines and support services that you can share with colleagues (or even use yourself) if someone is in crisis, feeling overwhelmed, or just needs specialist support.

Keeping this list handy will help you feel more confident and supported in your role.
