Sarah

Sarah is an Integrative Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist. She provides therapeutic support to children, parents, and teachers within the education sector and in her private practice.

Sarah has held a variety of roles including:

 - Individual and group therapist for vulnerable children & adolescents both in mainstream school, pupil referral units and in private practice

- Management of a therapeutic service within a primary school setting, including induction and placement coordinator for trainee therapists.

- Staff training and professional consultations for teaching professionals.

- Parenting consultations and support

Sarah has a MA in Integrative Child Psychotherapy, as well as a Postgraduate Advanced Diploma in the Therapeutic Application of the Arts and a Certificate in Integrative Counselling Skills. She continues to attend regular CPD events as part of her professional development.

Sarah is a professional member of the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists (MBACP),  he Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education (IATE). Her affiliation with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) supports the great depths of her training, and she adheres to their Code of Ethics; maintaining confidentiality and following relevant safeguarding procedures where necessary.

Sarah holds professional liability insurance and an up-to-date DBS (Disclosures and Barring service) certificate to confirm her credibility as a competent and effective psychotherapist working with children and their families.
