Paul

Paul has worked with and consulted for a wide variety of clients ranging from athletes and coaches to members of the general public. Working with one of the UK’s most reputable genetic analysis companies, Paul has over 5 years’ experience as the lead health and fitness consultant.

Paul recognises the significance of personalised training and nutritional requirements based on the most up to date scientific evidence and practice. He has managed large online health and fitness communities, encouraging, guiding and transforming the lives of its members from all walks of life. Helping individuals develop competence and confidence across a broad spectrum of movement skills and nutritional approaches.  

Alongside consultancy, Paul works for a national sports team as the physical preparation coach. Working closely with the squad to enhance performance, through the application of strength and conditioning, programming and nutritional strategies.

With a BA (Hons) in Sports and Education, he is a qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor, precision nutrition level one coach and has a diploma in sports massage among other professional development accreditations. He is currently pursuing his postgraduate in the science of performance coaching, as he is a firm believer in having a growth-mindset and refining his craft.

My Philosophy 

My primary aim is to help clients realise their innate potential that lies inside. For some that may be running faster, jumping higher, lifting heavier weights, moving better or for others it may just be having more confidence in their own body. I choose to have open and honest communication with all my clients, as I consider developing trust a key determinant in success. I utilise simple training and nutrition means to elicit an impressive effect, boiling it down to the essentials and keeping it easy to understand.
