Jamie is a fun loving health and well-being transformational coach. With a degree in Sport Science, alongside being a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist & Injury Rehabilitation specialist… it’s clear Jamie values physical health!

Coaching both individuals and groups highlights his fondness to lead by example and ability to help motivate others towards a common goal. Jamie has progressed into different areas in more recent years. Being the founding member and head chef at a well-known plant based restaurant in London, Love Shack LDN. Jamie has a passion for healthy food & knows the importance of community.

Jamie has been practising and studying meditation, mindfulness & spiritual teachings for over 7 years. He shares this with others through guided meditations and talks on spiritual growth.

My Aim

With a wide ranging list of qualifications & life experiences, I truly take a holistic approach to transformational coaching. I teach that this can be broken down into three main focus points:

  1. Healing through a whole food plant based diet;

  2. Connecting to one’s truest self through meditation & the education of how this functions;

  3. Creation of a pro-active, sustainable & organised day to day way of living. Working towards making simple, realistic & achievable lifestyle changes, we can transition our lives into one we are content in being.

Each individual has a different road to walk down. I help to walk our own intuition which will guide one’s own journey. Along with the support of other practitioners on the Holistic Transitioning platform, I believe the key to unlocking our truest potential is already in our pocket.
