Daniel
Daniel is an experienced BACP registered counsellor with the belief that we make life more complicated by trying to control what is not within our control. By accepting ourselves as a whole, we are not only able to connect with others but we then allow others to connect with us.
Daniel's approach is based relational integration, meaning he focuses on establishing a safe and supportive alliance with his clients, before exploring how their past experiences and relationships are influencing their choices, values, beliefs and relationships with others in the present. He views the relationship formed between his clients and himself as a microcosm of the clients world, so facilitating change in the counselling room could help facilitate change in client's world.
Daniel is experienced in working with children and adults in the community and secure settings and helping them process a variety of complexes with the belief that nothing is too little or too severe to work through and understand. You're not a burden nor too broken.
